Usher is facing more civil action over past hookups — this time from three former lovers who say he never told them he had a sexually transmitted disease.
Attorney Lisa Bloom announced on Twitter on Friday that she plans to file a lawsuit in California on Monday on behalf of the threesome who say they each had sexual contact with the R&B singer after 2012.
Bloom said she will hold a press conference on Monday to discuss the lawsuit and allow one of the plaintiffs to speak. She said the other two plaintiffs will only be identified as Jane Doe and John Doe.
The plaintiffs all claim that Usher never told them that he had the genital herpes virus before their assignations — a violation of California law, according to Bloom.

RadarOnline reported last month that in 2012 Usher settled a lawsuit with a celebrity stylist to the tune of $ 1.1 million. The lawsuit said the eight-time Grammy winner was diagnosed with the virus in 2009 or 2010 — around the time he divorced his first wife.
