‘SNL’ to kick off next season with Ryan Gosling and JAY-Z

The “Saturday Night Live” summer hiatus is coming to an end — and its kicking off the new year strong.

The late night sketch comedy series announced the first episode line-up for Season 43 and it includes Ryan Gosling as host and JAY-Z as the musical guest.

Gosling is helming the show to promote the upcoming “Blade Runner” film, while JAY-Z debuted his latest album “4:44” at the end of June and will take the stage to play some of its tracks.
