Shia LaBeouf told a cop that if he had his gun, he would “blow up” the cop’s “s–t” during his arrest over the weekend for being drunk and disorderly in Savannah.
The “Transformers” star curses up a storm at officers and even tells the cop driving him to the station: “If I had my gun I’ll blow your s–t up” in newly released bodycam footage from Savannah-Chatham Metro police, TMZ reports.
LaBeouf continued his rant against officers while cuffed in the backseat of police cruiser. The officer driver sighs as the actor continues to curse and demean the officer.
The long-running bodycam footage begins in the lobby of a hotel where LaBeouf was initially arrested and follows him to his stint at the police station, according to multiple videos and additional footage obtained by TMZ.
“I have rights. I’m an American,” he cries out while an officer arrests him in the lobby of a hotel, video shows. “You have me in my hotel arresting me for doing what, sir? Yo, you really got these cuffs on me heavy bro?” he continued to shout.
Shia LaBeouf arrested in Georgia for public drunkenness
LaBeouf reportedly ran from cops into the hotel lobby after he was refused a cigarette and started to become disorderly in downtown Savannah.
“I’m a f–king American. I pay my taxes get these s—s off my arms,” LaBeouf continues to yell inside the cop car. “You got a President who don’t give a s–t about you, you’re stuck in a police force that don’t give a f–k about you and you want to arrest white people who give a f–k, who ask for cigarettes?”
“I came up to you trying to be nice. I came up to you asking for a cigarette, why would I ask you for a cigarette if I was racist?” he says to the black officer.
The former Disney Channel star was arrested and charged with obstruction, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, the Savannah-Chatham police said in statement.
The famous actor then boasted his income and his lawyers while he sat handcuffs.
“You dumb f–k, I got more millionaire lawyers than you know what do with,” he shouted.
The video ended with LaBeouf demanding to know why he was in custody once already transported to the police station.
He was released on $ 7,000 bond.
LaBeouf was in Georgia filming his next movie “The Peanut Butter Falcon,” which also stars Dakota Johnson.
This isn’t the actor’s first brush-in with the law. He was arrested most recently in New York earlier this year for getting in an altercation at his anti-Trump art exhibit in Queens.
He was also arrested in 2015 in Austin, Texas, for public intoxication and after a drunken outburst at a New York performance of “Cabaret” earlier that year.
LaBeouf was arrested for drunken driving in West Hollywood in 2008. His rep told the Daily News in 2014 that he was seeking professional help for alcohol addiction.
