Shia LaBeouf got racist with a Savannah police officer after his arrest over the weekend.
“You’re going to hell, straight to hell, bro,” LaBeouf said to the black officer while he was being fingerprinted in the station Saturday, according to video acquired by TMZ.
After the white officer asked him why his partner was going to hell, the actor responded “because he’s a black man.”
LaBeouf also accused the black officer of arresting him “for being white.”

“It really doesn’t matter what you charge me with,” he said. “It’s your word against my word.”
The “Transformers” star was arrested and charged with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and obstruction early Saturday in Savannah, Ga., after no one in the downtown area would give him a cigarette, police said in a statement.
In a statement, LaBeouf said he was “deeply ashamed” of his behavior and makes “no excuses for it.”
“I don’t know if these statements are too frequent, or not shared often enough, but I am certain that my actions warrant a very sincere apology to the arresting officers, and I am grateful for their restraint. The severity of my behavior is not lost on me,” he said.

“My outright disrespect for authority is problematic to say the least, and completely destructive to say the worst. It is a new low. A low I hope is a bottom. I have been strugglingwith addiction publicly for far too long, and I am actively taking steps toward securing my sobriety and hope I can be forgiven for my mistakes.”
During the arrest, LaBeouf also verbally assaulted officers as he was transported to the station, telling one of them, “If I had my gun I’ll blow your s–t up.”
The 31-year-old actor was stopped by police downtown Savannah after running into a hotel lobby.
“I’m a f–king American. I pay my taxes get these s—s off my arms,” he yelled at the officers inside the police car. “You got a President who don’t give a s–t about you, you’re stuck in a police force that don’t give a f–k about you and you want to arrest white people who give a f–k, who ask for cigarettes?”

He was released on a $ 7,000 bond Saturday morning.
LaBeouf was arrested and charged with assault and harassment in January after assaulting a 25-year-old at the anti-President Trump “He Will Not Divide Us” display at the Museum of the Moving Image, but charges were dropped in March.
He was also arrested in Austin for public intoxication in 2015 and for drunken driving in West Hollywood in 2008.
