Shia LaBeouf arrested in Georgia for public drunkenness

Shia LaBeouf is in police custody for being drunk and disorderly in public.

The actor was arrested for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and obstruction early Saturday in Georgia, according to TMZ.

LaBeouf, 31, is reportedly still in custody, according to the gossip site. It is unclear where in Georgia the incident occurred, but he was recently filming his new movie “The Peanut Butter Falcon” in Savannah.

A few weeks ago, LaBeouf was also spotted urinating in the ocean on Tybee Island in Georgia while filming the flick, photos obtained by Just Jared revealed.

This is far from the first time the “Transformers” star has been in trouble with the law.

Just a few months ago, he was arrested in New York at his own art exhibit after he shoved a man at the anti-President Trump “He Will Not Divide Us” display at the Museum of the Moving Image.

In 2015, he was cuffed in Austin, Texas, also for public intoxication. His arrest at the time came just one month after he avoided any bad behavior as part of a March 2015 plea deal related to a drunken outburst at a New York performance of “Cabaret.”

LaBeouf had an outburst during the middle of the show where he shouted and slapped star Alan Cumming’s behind. The former Disney Channel star then sparred with security and cops at the event and was even accused of spitting at police as they took him into custody.

He was also arrested in 2008 for drunken driving in West Hollywood. Around the same time, he told Details magazine that he doesn’t know how “to have one drink.”

A rep for the actor told the Daily News in 2014 that he was seeking help for alcohol addiction in a Hollywood rehab facility.
