MTV Video Music Awards 2017: Full list of winners

The MTV Video Music Awards promise to be an out-of-this-world experience for the winners of this year’s coveted Moon Person trophies.

Many of music’s biggest stars are up for honors Sunday evening at the VMAs, which pop star Katy Perry is hosting at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif.
