Michael Vick’s wife hits ex-QB with sex ban for Kaepernick remark

Mike Vick’s comments about Colin Kaepernick’s hair may have cost him in the bedroom.

Even Vick’s wife Kijafa gave the retired NFL quarterback a hard time for comments he made last month, when he said Kaepernick — the polarizing quarterback who remains a free agent despite seemingly less talented signal callers getting NFL jobs — needs to cut his Afro.

Kijafa was so miffed, she was going to temporarily withhold sex as a result.

“You know what you gonna be banned from this week? Banned from the booty,” Kijafa says at the end of their conversation about his televised remarks on VH1’s “Baller Wives.”

Kijafa said on the show that she was being attacked on social media for her husband’s Kaepernick comments.

“Why does he have to change his hair for him to get a job?” Kijafa asked her husband, who then admitted he was wrong.

“It’s just not no fun having you, you know, in the media again for negative things. It just scares me,” Kijafa added, referencing Mike’s past involvement in a dogfighting ring, which got him 21 months in prison. “It makes me relive a part of our life that I’d just like to put in the past.”

Vick received backlash for the hairy comments about Kaepernick, whose kneeling during the national anthem seemingly has him blackballed by NFL owners.

“First thing we got to get Colin to do is cut his hair,” Vick said last month on FS1. “I’m not up here to try and be politically correct, but even if he puts cornrows in I don’t think he should represent himself in that way. Just the hairstyle. Just go clean-cut. You know, why not? You’re already dealing with a lot. … All he needs to do is just try to be presentable.”
