Critics are wild about Harry Styles and ‘Dunkirk’

One Direction pop star Harry Styles’ career has taken a new direction with his role as a nervous World War II soldier in “Dunkirk.”

Reviews are out now and critics are raving about Christopher Nolan’s epic — and they’re wild about Styles’ acting debut.

Daily News critic Stephen Whitty called the film a big-time old-school epic, with Styles “an important part of this ensemble.”
