Aaron Carter is on a tear.
The former child star, 29, not only slammed the police who arrested him over the weekend — but also his older brother Nick.
Carter was pulled over on Saturday night in Habersham County, Ga., and charged with a DUI, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.
His girlfriend Madison Parker, who was in the car too, was also arrested for marijuana possession, possession of drug-related objects and obstruction of justice.

But the “Aaron’s Party” singer claims he was targeted by the police because he is famous.
In a statement released by his reps, Carter says he was at an Auto Zone in Georgia to fix a tire when police officers arrested him “with aggression.”
He also noted that he has a license for medical marijuana for anxiety issues.
Carter’s brother, Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, took to Twitter after Aaron’s arrest, saying “To my brother: I love u no matter what & if u feel the need to reach for help, I am here and willing to help you get better. Family isn’t always easy, be we’re all here for you.”
Aaron was furious at his brother’s public demonstration of support.
“If my own blood truly cared about my well-being, why wouldn’t he call me directly and have a conversation instead of making this about him through a very public forum?” he said in the statement. “That’s not cool at all to use me for his PR and kick me while I am down. I love my family despite it through thick and thin.”
Nick then responded by retweeting a post by Nick’s wife, Lauren: “Hey @aaroncarter have @itsmadisonp text me your new number since you changed it again!”
It’s not the first time the entertainer has been in trouble with the law. He was also arrested in 2008 in Texas when he was pulled over for speeding and police found less than two ounces of marijuana in his car.
